The Hotel's original retort pouched curry [THE GATE Curry]
Recreating the flavour of our popular GATE HOTEL Curry from the R restaurant & bar, in a retort pouch.
Without the use of flour, onions are sautéed with other vegetables and stewed with selected spices
and apples over an extended period of time in order to extract their natural "sweetness".
The spiciness that follows is well balanced with the tender beef, resulting in a full-bodied mellow flavour
distinctive of our hotel's beef curry.
