The ice used is "pure ice" commonly used in specialty shaved ice shops, and the syrups used are "handmade syrups" prepared specifically for the workshop, rather than commercially available syrups.
You will learn to adjust the ice consistency, blade angle, and create delicate and fluffy original shaved ice.
Choose your favorite syrup, pour it in two layers over the shaved ice, and savor the delightful flavors of the shaved ice.
