Concerning reservations


How early can reservations be made?

With the exception of certain dates, reservations are accepted from up to 12 months in advance.
However, sales periods and dates that specific packages become available may differ.

In case of cancellations, is there a cancellation charge?

In case of reservation cancellations, the following cancellation fees will apply.

* Reservations made through the internet reservation system can be verified or cancelled here.

* Cancellation terms may vary depending on the reserved package. For details, verify your accomodation package or call the hotel directly.

  1. Percentage is based on the base rate for accomodation.
  2. If the guest's stay is to be shortened, no matter how many days are cancelled, the fee will be charged for one night, the first night that is cancelled.

Does the hotel have a waiting list?

No, the hotel does not have a waiting list for cancellations.

What are the rates for children?

One child under 12 years of age may stay free of charge when sharing a room with a parent.

However, if an additional bed is required, the full rate for an additional adult will be charged.

Is it possible to request specific rooms or rooms on specific floors?

Requests may be made at the time of reservation.

Compliance to such requests will be subject to availability.

Concerning payment


How are accomodation fees to be paid?

Payments can be made in cash or by credit card at the time of check in.

Depending on the accomodation package, advance payment may be possible.

Which credit cards can be used?

The following credit cards are accepted.

VISA, Mastercard, JCB, Diners Club, American Express, UC, DC, NICOS, SAISON, DISCOVER Additionally, the China Union Pay card and debit cards are also accepted.

Can accomodation fees be paid in advance?

Advanced payment is accepted as follows.

  • Online credit card payment
  • Payment through wire transfer
  • Payment at the hotel in advance

Directions will be given according to reservation details. Please contact the hotel for specifics.

Concerning luggage


Can I leave my luggage before checking in and/or after checking out?

Luggage belonging to hotel guests may be held at the front desk.

I'd like to send my luggage in advance, what are the procedures for this?

Packages for guests with reservations and guest who are staying at the hotel will be held at the front desk.

Internet services are available, free of charge.

LAN cables are available for use in the guest rooms.

For Wi-Fi passwords, please inquire at the front desk.

What kind of amenities are available in the guest rooms?

A full variety of amenities are available in the guest rooms.

Are there rental items available for children?

The follwing items are available for rent. (free of charge)

"Modest" and "Essential" rooms can not accomodate cribs.

Regarding facilities and services


Do you have a private lounge for hotel staying guest?

We have The Premium Lounge on 13F, a private lounge and open-air terrace exclusively for the guest staying at THE GATE, Luxe, and Canopy.

Do you have a minibar in the room?

Yes, we do have a minibar in all guest rooms. (chargeable, beer and non-alcohol drink)

Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?

The restaurant floor offers barrier free access for wheelchair use, however there are some steps at the end corner of the restaurant. There is also a wheelchair accessible washroom on the 5th floor.

Wheelchairs are also available for rental. A limited number of wheelchairs are available. If you require one, please contact the hotel in advance.

What kind of security does the hotel offer?

Key cards are required for access to guest floors.

Additionally, for security purposes, the main entrance on the first floor are locked from 12 midnight until 6 a.m. Guests arriving after midnight should contact the hotel in advance. Guests who have already checked in can open the main entrance using their room key.

Is it possible to get an extention on the check out time?

Late check outs can be arranged for the following fees, However, this may be refused due to the hotel's reservation status at the time. Please ask at the front desk for details.

  • Two hour extension (from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.) 3,000 yen
  • Four hour extension (from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.) 6,000 yen
  • More than a four hour extension (past 3 p.m.) full price for a night's stay

Are there any smoking areas within the hotel?

If you desire a smoking room, please specify this at the time of reservation.
Additionally, there is a smoking area available on the 4th floor.
At the restaurant, smoking is prohibited for all seats at all time.

Are there any nursing rooms and/or locations to change diapers?

There is a nursing room available (with diaper changing table) on the 5th floor.

What kind of restaurant does the hotel offer?

Concerning breakfast
Breakfast is available at the restaurant on the 4th floor.
The public is welcome to make use of the restaurant for breakfast.
Reservations are not accepted for breakfast.

There is a bar counter in the restaurant on the 4th floor.

Does the restaurant accept reservations?

Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance.

Does the restaurant have a dress code?

Service might be refused to customers wearing apparel which may be considered offensive.

*The use of guest room night wear and slippers in the restaurant is prohibited.

Is room service available?

There is no room service available.
Hotel guests are welcome to use the restaurant on the 4th floor.

Is it possible to bring food items to the restaurant?

With the exception of guest with allergies or guests with small children, off-premises food is not permitted in the restaurant.

Is parking available?

The hotel does not have any parking available.

* All parking is off-premises, requiring parking fees.
* Handicapped parking is available. Contact the hotel for details.

How can I get to your hotel from my closest station or Narita/Haneda airport?

There are various forms of transportation available including public transpotation, limousine buses and taxis.

Is there a convenient way to get to the hotel while carrying large pieces of luggage?

If arriving by train, we recommend using the following elevators.
