Solar heat collecting panels heat water which becomes the source for hot water at the taps.
Compared to heating cold water, less fuel is used to create hot water, making use of environmental resources while contributing to CO2 emission reduction.
The main lobby and restaurant area has an efficient intake of the external atmosphere through measuring the temperature, humidity and CO2 concentrations of the interior and exterior.
For instance, in mid-summer, when there aren't too many people, intake of external atmosphere may be supressed. During cooler seasons such as spring or autumn, there may be greater intake of external atmosphere to assist the cooling, supressing the use of energy in the air conditioning system.
