Sekai Café in Asakusa

【Sekai Café in Asakusa】

As Muslims traveling to Japan, it is still quite difficult to find a place to eat that accommodates the need for halal food. But if you stop near Asakusa, not far from the Kaminarimon, there is a place to eat that provides a halal-friendly menu. It is the newly-opened Sekai Cafe.

On the menu board, a policy and rule of Sekai Cafe is shown: everyone who comes to Sekai Cafe can order a menu tailored to their needs, ranging from vegan menu to halal meat. All dishes are pork and alcohol free. And if you’re still not sure, all materials used in each menu are described with a pictogram.

The place is open from 8am to 8pm (last orders 30 minutes before closing time). Lunch time is from 11am to 2pm and dinner from 5pm until 8:30pm.
Sekai Cafe is located not far from the large lanterns at Kaminarimon, which is about a 2 minute walk. The nearest station is Asakusa (Asakusa, Ginza, and Tobu lines).
